# Everton: Fans slam Tom Davies for mistake-ridden display vs Leicester

**Loads of Everton fans have been running the rule over Sunday’s defeat to Leicester City, and plenty are unhappy with the performance of Tom Davies.**

The Toffees may well be saying goodbye to Marco Silva very soon, after his side just couldn’t hold onto a precious result at the King Power Stadium.

Brendan Rodgers’ Foxes side produced a stunning second-half comeback after Richarlison had finished sweetly to put Everton in front, with Jamie Vardy and Kelechi Iheanacho turning things around for the hosts.

There were more than a few disappointing performances in Everton shirts, perhaps none more so than [Lucas Digne](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/premier-league/everton/everton-fans-fume-at-wasteful-lucas-digne-performance-vs-leicester/), but Davies is getting his fair share of stick too.

The local lad has been in great form recently and has had [some praise](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/premier-league/everton/everton-peter-reid-hails-tom-davies-after-match-winning-southampton-performance/) for his displays, but he was way off the boil against Leicester, making mistakes in the build-up to both of the hosts’ goals.
