# Everton: Fans want Toulouse ace Ibrahim Sangare over Watford man Abdoulaye Doucoure

**Plenty of Everton fans would rather that the Merseyside club sign Ibrahim Sangare over Watford man Abdoulaye Doucoure as news emerged from [Foot Mercato](https://www.footmercato.net/a9020033982485964370-toulouse-a-fixe-le-prix-dibrahim-sangare) of just how little it would cost to sign the Toulouse ace in the summer transfer window.**

According to the outlet, the Ivory Coast international could be available for a maximum of €10 million, which is the equivalent of around £8.9 million, or even as little as €8 million, which equates to roughly £7.1 million.

Having just one year left on his current deal, this is arguably a very affordable price for Carlo Ancelotti’s team, and he has [previously](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/everton-fc-transfer-rumours/everton-fans-urge-club-to-sign-baptiste-santamaria-and-ibrahim-sangare/) been a transfer target for the Toffees.

The 22-year old may also provide a younger and cheaper alternative to Doucoure in the central midfield position, as the Blues have [reportedly](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54005583) had a £25 million bid for the Frenchman accepted by the Hornets.

These members of the Goodison Park faithful were all in agreement in [Twitter](https://twitter.com/TheGwladysSt/status/1301117428580134913) as they would prefer EFC to sign Sangare over Doucoure:
