Plenty of Everton fans are fuming as Paul Joyce gave an update on his Twitter page about various injury problems that the Merseyside club have ahead of their widely anticipated derby against bitter rivals Liverpool.
Who will win the Merseyside derby?
As per The Times journalist, Theo Walcott and Andre Gomes look almost certain to miss the game whilst Yerry Mina and Jean-Philippe Gbamin were already injured.
With Mina making 25, Walcott 21, Gomes 11 and Gbamin two Premier League appearances so far in the 2019/20 season, according to Whoscored, the Toffees have arguably lost a lot of experience ahead of the match against the team managed by Jurgen Klopp.
On the other hand, Carlo Ancelotti must be wondering exactly just what kind of side he can put out at Goodison Park, especially given the fact that the Reds could mathematically win the title based off of the top flight table if Arsenal beat Manchester City in a previous fixture.
These EFC supporters fumed upon reading the news, unsurprisingly given it means their team is significantly weakened.
