Lots of Everton fans have been lauding an injury update on Lucas Digne ahead of their game versus Rotherham United.
As revealed by Paul Joyce on his Twitter page, Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that the France international is fit enough to play the EFL Championship team in the FA Cup third round on Saturday after recovering from a bad injury that he suffered a couple of months back.
Is Digne the best left-back in the Premier League?
It would be a nice game to come back into for the 27 year-old before he starts playing in the Premier League again, as he has been so important to the Goodison Park faithful so far in edging them toward qualifying for European competition for the next term.
He has won no fewer than 5.4 of his duels a game in the top flight in the 2020/21 season, as well as averaging a quite impressive three clearances, two key passes and 1.8 tackles per match on top of his four assists (Sofascore).

These supporters of the Merseyside club lauded the injury update on the former FC Barcelona star on Twitter:
“Best LB in the world is BACK”
“Our left back is magic and his name is @LucasDigne”
“That’s good news”
