Lots of Everton fans have been slamming the news that Liverpool remain unhappy with the explanations given by PGMOL for some decisions made in the Merseyside derby.
As per ESPN, the Reds contacted the Premier League and the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) for an explanation on why the challenge by Jordan Pickford on Virgil Van Dijk was not placed under more scrutiny by VAR official David Coote.
Should Pickford be sold by Everton?
They also sought clarification over which part of Sadio Mane’s body was judged to be offside, with the forward appearing to be onside in the build-up to Jordan Henderson’s disallowed winner.
The game finished all square at 2-2 in the end at Goodison Park but Jurgen Klopp’s team still feel aggrieved that some key decisions did not go their way.
Nonetheless, given how long ago the match was now, it has certainly agitated several EFC supporters that it is still being brought up.
