Many Everton fans have been left gutted by a report from Le10 Sport claiming that Gabriel Magalhaes could well be following Victor Osimhen to Napoli as the Italian club have apparently reached an agreement with Lille for the duo worth up to €105m, which equates to roughly £94.6m.
Should Everton sign Todibo over Gabriel?
As per the outlet, Osimhen travelled to Naples to discuss terms with Gennaro Gattuso’s side, and Gabriel could well follow him to Italy if they can recoup most of the transfer fee from the potential sale of Kalidou Koulibaly, which would likely be used in the deal for the pair.
This would arguably be a big blow to Carlo Ancelotti’s team given that they were expected to secure his services, according to reports that were released earlier in the season.
The 22-year old has averaged more blocks and passes than Mason Holgate, Michael Keane and Yerry Mina in the 2019/20 campaign and achieved a higher average overall rating of 6.93, according to Whoscored.
