Everton: Fans slam Salomon Rondon transfer update -Everton Transfer Rumours

Many Everton fans have been left slamming a transfer update involving Salomon Rondon.

As per The Daily Telegraph, Rafa Benitez is now considering reuniting with the towering striker, who he had with him at Newcastle United. Rondon himself is allegedly eager to return back to the Premier League.

Should Everton have signed Rondon?

No

Although experienced in the top flight with both the Magpies and West Brom, Rondon was never really prolific in the division, reaching double figures in just one of his four seasons (Transfermarkt).

He is also 31 years of age now, and so one would question whether he has the capabilities of coping with the demands of the league anymore, especially given that he has not played in a top European league for over two years.

Everton fans, how many Champions League titles has Rafa Benitez won?

Nonetheless, given that the Goodison Park faithful already have both Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison as striking options in their squad, other areas of the pitch should really be prioritised first of all before they make a move for another forward.
