# Everton set aside millions of pounds to seal deal for prime summer target

Those claims go hand-in-hand with [reports from *Sport/Voetbal Magazine,* cited by](https://talksport.com/football/everton-transfer-report-toffees-preparing-ps21m-summer-bid-anderlecht-wonderkid-youri)*[TalkSport](https://talksport.com/football/everton-transfer-report-toffees-preparing-ps21m-summer-bid-anderlecht-wonderkid-youri),* who indicate the Toffees have set aside £21m to beat the likes of Monaco to the Belgian youngster’s signature.

Just 19-year-olds, Tielemans has accumulated over 170 appearances for Anderlecht and has been capped three times by Belgium’s senior squad, with our landlord stating he expects the teenager to become a big hit in the future.
