# Rangers: Fans rage at Glen Kamara snub

**Glen Kamara was in fantastic form for Glasgow Rangers in the Old Firm on Saturday.**

The Finland international started alongside Steven Davis and Scott Arfield in a midfield three, and he stood out as one of the best players on the pitch. He won [eight](https://www.sofascore.com/celtic-rangers/bXscX) of the 12 duels he took part in, whilst he also completed 75% of his attempted dribbles. His presence was vital to the Ibrox outfit beating Celtic 2-0.

It was central defender Connor Goldson who scored both goals for Steven Gerrard’s side, and that earned him a place in the [SPFL’s Team of the Week](https://twitter.com/spfl/status/1318575408078606337). Only one player per team can be included, but that has not stopped a number of [Rangers](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/rangers-fc-news/) fans complaining. Many appear adamant that the 24-year-old should have been included.

Following the announcement, lots of supporters took to social media platform Twitter to share their thoughts, as one fan even called it “disgusting”.
