# Fans will be delighted as prolific forward hands Man United’s squad a boost

**Life at Manchester United may well have taken a hit recently, following Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s recent injury, though the fans propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern have been encouraged today.**

That’s because, according to [the Sun](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/3393406/marcus-rashford-happy-manchester-united-jose-mourinho/), forward Marcus Rashford would be happy to continue his development at the club behind ANOTHER top class forward.

Much has been made amongst our punters about the 19-year-old this season. Clearly the club’s hope for the future, many wanted him to be handed the central striking berth as a result of Zlatan’s injury.

However, others have warned against burning the England international out, so that party will surely be delighted to read these reports. They [suggest](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/3393406/marcus-rashford-happy-manchester-united-jose-mourinho/) Rashford is ready to accept the idea of another big name striker joining and will not seek a loan move away from Old Trafford, despite [reported](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/3393406/marcus-rashford-happy-manchester-united-jose-mourinho/) interest from elsewhere in the Premier League.

Amid [strong links](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39704261) with a move for Atletico Madrid forward Antonie Griezmann, this is very good news for Red Devils all around the world.

**Thoughts?**
