Leicester City and Fulham will both meet on Saturday with both sets of supporters eager to see what their recent managerial changes will bring to the side.
Brendan Rodgers was brought in to replace Claude Puel at the King Power Stadium whilst Scott Parker has taken temporary charge at Craven Cottage as he looks to try and achieve what appears the impossible – keeping the club in the Premier League.
However, with the changes at the managerial level, who will provide their team with the boost that is needed? Let’s take a look in his battle.
As mentioned, Rodgers replaced Puel at the helm of Leicester, although things did not get off to the best start for the new boss.
Having witnessed his new side beat Brighton and Hove Albion whilst in the stands, he would have been impressed with what he saw and would likely have been able to get a better idea of the task he has at hand with the mid-table side.
However, once he officially took control in the dugout, he saw his side get beat by a last-minute goal against Watford, but he will have been able to take some positives out of the game – with the number of attempts at goal they had – although alarm bells will have been ringing considering that they had just two shots on target.
Rodgers has experience in the Premier League and fans will want him to use that to his advantage as they look to play attractive football and improve on recent performances.

Parker has been tasked with an almost impossible task at Craven Cottage after things did not work out as Fulham had initially planned when they sacked Slavisa Jokanovic and then Claudio Ranieri.
The former midfielder is no stranger to taking the reins on a temporary basis as he has had to do it before, however, this will be the biggest challenge of his backroom career by far.
Time appears to be running out for the club in terms of their Premier League status, although Fulham fans will be hoping the appointment can be similar to West Bromwich Albion’s efforts last season, where Darren Moore managed to turn things around, although he just missed out on survival.
In truth, the club did not play too badly against Chelsea in the west London derby at the weekend and Parker will have seen some positives from his side’s efforts last weekend, which could give them some motivation of being able to achieve the impossible.

With Leicester relatively safe in the Premier League for another season, Rodgers will have the time to play around with his squad and work out that winning formula that combines attractive football and results.
However, Fulham’s decision to appoint Parker until the end of the season will likely be one that shows they are resigned to the fact that they will be returning to the Championship next season after just one year back in the top-flight.
For that reason, Rodgers is more likely to bring the managerial boost to the side as he would be expected to be in the role for the long-term, whereas Parker may only be a temporary measure.
