Tottenham fans have recently been hailing Heung-Min Son as their saviour and it’s not hard to see why. The South Korean has scored in all four of his games since returning from the Asian Cup with his country and has single-handedly kept Tottenham in the Premier League title race.

The South Korean has been at his rip-roaring best for a long time now, even though he may have had a shaky start in his first full season as a Lilywhites. When he was signed, though, late in the summer transfer window of 2015, the expectations surrounding the star were massive. He has made quite a name for himself with his displays in the Bundesliga, and no one was surprised to see Tottenham sign him.
When the Lilywhites did splurge on the player, the fee of £22 million for the South Korean looked like a sizeable one, especially given Daniel Levy’s usual stance in transfer windows. However, that fee is one that has proven to be worth it ten times over, as the sublime attacker has gone from strength to strength, scoring 63 goals and assisting a further 35 in his 172 games under Mauricio Pochettino.

The Lilywhites absolutely love Son and wouldn’t trade him for anyone given the incredible run of form that the South Korean is on.
