# Five goalkeepers to succeed Pepe Reina at Liverpool this January

![](https://cdn.footballtransfertavern.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/jack-butland-0081-150x150.jpeg)If rumours are to be believed here at the Football Transfer Tavern, there is a possibility that Pepe Reina’s Anfield career may be soon drawing to a close.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with the Spaniard, who by his own admission has struggled for form over the past year or so.

Liverpool have also been heavily linked with a move for another goalkeeper, with young British talents being the priority for John W. Henry and his Fenway Sports Group.
