The Lowdown: Harris profiled
Attacking midfielder Harris is yet to make his first team debut for the Cottagers but signed a maiden professional deal earlier this month.
Harris appears to be catching the eye of Fulham officials, and it looks as if he is now of interest to the club’s London rivals.
The Latest: Chelsea keen
Richardson shared a story for The Mirror on Saturday regarding Harris, who is currently with the Wales squad for their UEFA Nations League game with Poland.
He revealed that Chelsea are ready to pay a whopping £30m fee to bring Harris to Stamford Bridge, with an initial payment worth £25m.
The Verdict: Wow
A £25m fee that could rise to £30m is ridiculous money for a player who is yet to make a senior first-team appearance.
Fulham are under no pressure to sell the player who is under contract until 2025, however, if Chelsea do make an offer in that region, the club could find it hard to turn down.
This will definitely be one to keep a close eye on ahead of the winter window, and it’ll be interesting to see how Harris copes over the next few months.
