# Glasgow Rangers: Fans slam Raman Bhardwaj’s update on Alfredo Morelos’ potential Lille move

**A number of Glasgow Rangers fans have slammed journalist Raman Bhardwaj over an update that he shared on Twitter over Alfredo Morelos’ potential move to Lille.**

The broadcaster tweeted (via [@ramanbhardwajTV](https://twitter.com/ramanbhardwajTV/status/1287442917406191616)) what he purported to know about the possible transfer, saying that there is definitely interest from the Ligue 1 club but, as of yet, no formal offer had been made and no deal has been agreed.

> Alfredo Morelos … this is what I know: Lille interest defo, but no deal/official offer. Anderlecht striker Kemar Roofe remains a target for Rangers.

Morelos, who was the Ibrox club’s [top scorer last season with 29 goals](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/glasgow-rangers/leistungsdaten/verein/124), has been linked with a potential exit for several months, with Sevilla rumoured to have shown an interest in January (as per [Sky Sports](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11788/11915714/alfredo-morelos-sevilla-consider-move-for-rangers-striker)), while Atletico Madrid ([Sport.fr](https://www.sport.fr/football/duel-asse-atletico-madrid-pour-cette-pepite-colombienne-679861.shtm)), Everton ([Area Napoli](https://www.areanapoli.it/calciomercato/napoli-offerto-soteldo-everton-apre-alla-premier-ma-rifiuta-il-west-bromwich-sondaggio-newcastle_378133.html)) and Newcastle ([Chronicle Live](https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/alfredo-morelos-newcastle-rangers-transfer-18533021)) had also been reported suitors for the striker.
