# Glasgow Rangers Quiz: The Pedro Caixinha years

**Pedro Caixinha’s spell at Glasgow Rangers was far from a positive one.**

In all fairness, the ‘Gers were only in their [first season back in the Scottish Premiership](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/glasgow-rangers/platzierungen/verein/124) when he was [appointed as manager](https://rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/caixinha-confirmed-manager/) in March 2017, but it was a disaster almost from the moment he stepped through the door. Such was the scale of the Portuguese’s failure, [BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/41762385)‘s Tom English called his reign a “desperate mess from start to finish”.

Many of you ‘Gers fans may have tried to eradicate his time in the hot-seat from your brains, but how well do you know Caixinha’s spell at Ibrox? Have a go at our quiz to find out!
