# West Ham: Fans react as club is linked with Alexis Sanchez

**A lot of West Ham fans are debating forward Alexis Sanchez after the player has been linked with a move to East London by [FC Inter News.](https://www.fcinternews.it/esclusive/fcin-sanchez-e-gia-iniziato-il-post-inter-primi-sondaggi-da-germania-e-inghilterra-per-il-cileno-334544) Indeed, as per the report, the club have asked his party to be kept updated on his situation.**

Sanchez has currently been loaned out by his parent club Manchester United and is playing in Serie A with Inter Milan. He has featured 15 times in Italy and only scored once, per [Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/alexis-sanchez/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/40433/verein/11), whilst he has only managed five goals for United in his 45 appearances.

However, the 31-year-old did have a very successful period in England’s top flight in North London at Arsenal, where he managed to score 80 goals in 166 appearances. So, despite a recent dip, it’s not as if the former Barcelona man hasn’t operated at a high level before.
