# Manchester United: Fans slam Harry Maguire’s first half display

**A number of Manchester United fans have been slamming the performance of Harry Maguire in the first half of their game at Leicester City in the Premier League.**

The defender only came back into training a couple of days ago following an [injury](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/harry-maguire-man-utd-injury-25206246) which kept him out of England’s two World Cup qualifying games against Andorra and Hungary, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer decided to throw him straight into the starting line-up today.

He started off shakily, being [beaten easily](https://www.skysports.com/football/leicester-vs-man-utd/446362) by Kelechi Iheanacho, and certainly did not like he was fully fit. Then, with United leading 1-0 on the half-hour, he was [dispossessed all too easily](https://www.skysports.com/football/leicester-vs-man-utd/446362) by the Nigerian, who duly set up Youri Tielemans to score a superb equaliser for the Foxes.

Maguire will be hoping to put in a much better performance in the second half against his former club, not least after his costly error for Leicester’s leveller.
