# Inter Milan keen to snap-up Chelsea ace next summer

![Ivanovic](https://cdn.footballtransfertavern.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Ivanovic-500x292.jpg)Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are bracing themselves for a mass exodus next summer, following their woeful start to the new campaign.

[*The Sunday Mirror*](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/inter-eye-transfer-chelseas-branislav-6789427)[suggests one of the high-profile players that will leave is Branislav Ivanovic, who is attracting the interest of Inter Milan.](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/inter-eye-transfer-chelseas-branislav-6789427)

31-year-old Ivanovic, who has been highly criticised for his part in the Chelsea rot this season, is a top-target for former Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini; who wants to bring the veteran defender to the San Siro.

[Ivanovic’s contract expires at the end of the season](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/inter-eye-transfer-chelseas-branislav-6789427) and, with a new offer not looking likely to be put on the table, the Serbian international is free to discuss a pre-contractual agreement with sides outside the Premier League in January and will leave on a free transfer in the summer.

**Chelsea fans, is it time for Ivanovic to leave? Can he be replaced? Let us know in the comments below!**
