# Juventus: Fans not happy with start to season despite impressive record

**Many Juventus fans have said that they have not been good enough this season, despite a fan pointing out that Maurizio Sarri has had a pretty impressive start to life at Juve.**

The Twitter page [@ForzaJuve2017](https://twitter.com/ForzaJuve2017/status/1192475579884412929)tweeted out statistics from Sarri’s start to his Juventus career and no matter how harsh of a critic you are, you cannot really say it’s been unsuccessful.

If you look at the results objectively, you would have to say that he is doing a pretty good job. From his 15 games, he has won 12, drawn three and has lost zero. Juventus are top of [Serie A](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/italian-serie-a/table) and their [Champions League](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50296521) group, yet questions are still being asked about the job he is doing.

In fairness to those doubters, the aggregate of goals scored is far less impressive. They have scored 28 goals and conceded 13, meaning there is just a +15 goal difference, which, considering they have won 12 and not lost, was going to be a minimum of +12, suggesting that Juve are struggling to pull away from sides.

Plenty of Juve fans are clearly still yet to be convinced despite the stats, as you can tell from the replies below…

> This all sounds so good man but really every juventini knows we can play so much better by the amt of potential we have.

> Even in his dryest season the man still remains top scorer.. this is embarrassing. Higuain and Dybala need to overtake him.
