Barcelona holding meetings with Juventus ahead of huge transfer

pogbaaaaFans from across Europe in the Transfer Tavern have raised their eyebrows at a report from the continent, which suggests Barcelona are preparing to pull-off the signing of the decade.

The Catalan side’s admiration for Juventus starlet Paul Pogba is no secret but now Mundo Deportivo claim the first steps towards the Frenchman signing for Barcelona are being made, with representatives currently in Italy discussing the transfer.

The former Manchester United midfielder has excelled in Turin since leaving the Premier League and Barcelona are keen to complete a huge deal.

Barcelona’s sporting director Ariedo Braida will attend Juventus’ Champions League clash with Borussia Monchengladbach tomorrow in order to meet with Juve’s director general Giuseppe Marotta; where the first steps towards a sensational deal could be made.

The news comes as a huge blow to Manchester City and Chelsea fans at the bar, who heard from TalkSport earlier this week that the Italian outfit rejected their advances for Pogba over the summer.
