Portsmouth: Many fans not happy despite victory against Lincoln City

Portsmouth may have beaten Lincoln City 1-0, thanks to a John Marquis goal, but many fans were still not happy following the game.
Will Kenny Jackett still be Portsmouth manager by the end of the season?
Yes

No

The three points were much needed, with Kenny Jackett’s team having got a draw and loss in their two previous matches.
This wasn’t convincing though, as Portsmouth had less possession than their opposition, had a lower pass success rate, fewer aerial duels won and less corners, as well as recording the same number of shots, as per WhoScored.
Even the manager himself admitted that more could have been done going forward, while he also praised his team’s defensive solidity:

However, this wasn’t enough to please these fans, as they were looking for a convincing performance, rather than scraping through and getting a result.
In the replies, there was comment on the negative tactics deployed by Jackett and the showing from the players that they deemed to be underwhelming.
A selection of Twitter reaction to the performance, including posts from unimpressed Portsmouth fans, can be seen below:
A better team will punish us for sure When your striker is lecturing the KJ with 20 minutes 2 go 2 get the wide men up because he’s run himself into the ground isolated up front says it all! Then has 2 come back and tell the players as Kennys arms seem to be glued to his chest!

of course we looked solid at the back, two banks of four for most of the game, no wonder there were no forward passes no one to pass to Marquis should stay up front not helping out at the back all the time no wonder he’s not scored many

Team and tactics he plays are shocking.
Players not overlapping and standing next to each other looking lost, what is going on?— Jon clucas (@ClucasJon) October 22, 2019
Good work rate. Poor decision making again going forwards. Combinations around box pants. Crosses aimless.
