Sunderland will be desperate to return to winning ways against Walsall at the weekend after failing to secure all three points against Wycombe Wanderers last time out.
The Black Cats have been one of the standout performers in League One this season under Jack Ross as they continue to hunt down promotion straight back to the Championship.
Sadly, a couple of the club’s more fringe players could be living out their last couple of months at the club with the January transfer window on the horizon. Of course, with Jack Ross already identifying a settled side at the Stadium of Light, it’s clear to see who has no future at the club.
With that in mind, these TWO Sunderland players only have two months left at the club…
Bryan Oviedo has struggled to break into the side in recent times after a successful start to the season, which can be put down to Reece James’ performances on the left-hand side.
And, with the January transfer window on the horizon, perhaps the Black Cats could look to cash in on the South American to produce a healthy sum to help bring in reinforcements of their own.
Bali Mumba has established himself as one of the hottest topics in English football since enjoying his breakthrough at the Stadium of Light. However, the youngster hasn’t been a regular feature in the side this season as he spends most of his time on the substitutes’ bench.
Therefore, with the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea being linked with a move for the midfielder in January, the Black Cats could look to cash in on him to boost their promotion push.
