Sunderland have not had a good season so far in Sky Bet League One with them struggling for form and confidence up until this point.
They started the season okay enough but were not convincing and eventually Jack Ross saw himself leave the club.
Phil Parkinson was brought in to try and get them into the top two, then, but the reverse has happened and right now it is hard to make a case for them to get even into the top six come the end of the campaign.
There was more frustration at the weekend last time out, too, as they could only draw at home to Blackpool and Phil Parkinson decided to avoid doing his media duties – with Steve Parkin doing them instead.
That’s caused Roker Report to ask fans what they think about the issue so let’s take a look at what they’re thinking on Twitter about it all:

The performances on the pitch show he’s not up to the job. This merely confirms that.

Don’t see what the fuss is about

No big deal, he just hasn't the balls to face the criticism or the ability to answer the questions, we'll have to wait until after January to see what he can do and hope he changes

I reckon he tried to resign straight after the game and SD refused it or has not accepted it yet.
