# Leeds United: Fans absolutely loved club post about Jack Harrison

**Jack Harrison was a revelation in [Leeds United’s 2-0 victory over QPR](https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1DVJR_enGB846GB846&sxsrf=ACYBGNRekfY3giIOHmLz8L6Smt_1xlJURQ%3A1572863254300&ei=Fv2_XeT9EdGtgQb9_amICw&q=leeds+united+&oq=leeds+united+&gs_l=psy-ab.3..35i39l2j0i131i20i263j0i131j0i67j0i131j0i67l2j0i131j0i67.1038703.1040728..1043444...1.1..0.97.969.13......0....1..gws-wiz.....10..0i71j35i362i39j0i131i67j0i20i263j0.XIycMX7LXZs&ved=0ahUKEwjk4LWcrNDlAhXRVsAKHf1-CrEQ4dUDCAs&uact=5#sie=m;/g/11hyt75ljm;2;/m/0355pl;ln;fp;1;;) at the weekend, prompting the club to celebrate his noteworthy performance.**

Harrison, who made 39 league appearances for the Lilywhites last campaign, scoring four goals and providing three assists [as per WhoScored.com](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/317896/History/Jack-Harrison), has started off this season at an even higher standard.

The Englishman is already [on track to better his numbers from last year](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/317896/History/Jack-Harrison), and judging by his exemplary showing against QPR, you could bet your house on him being crucial to Marcelo Bielsa’s plans.

Dominating the early stages, Leeds were struggling to find a breakthrough against the London visitors before Harrison, who had been terrorising the Rs’ backline, put the ball on a plate for Tyler Roberts to bury it on his first league start of the campaign.

The 22-year-old then put the result beyond doubt ten minutes from added time, curling the ball past keeper Liam Kelly to gift Leeds a crucial home win.

His Man of the Match display has prompted the club to [celebrate his performance in a Twitter post](https://twitter.com/LUFC/status/1190969373176938496), with one fan urging the club to make his [loan](https://www.leedsunited.com/news/team-news/25105/leeds-united-sign-jack-harrison-ben-white) into a permanent stay.

> If Pugh doesn’t dive in and slide the ball to Harrison Klich makes the pass anyways. This lad is awesome like the rest of the team.
