# Leeds United: Fans unsure over signing striker after Marcelo Bielsa’s latest comments

**Leeds United fans have been tweeting about their uncertainty over whether the club will sign a striker after Marcelo Bielsa’s latest comments.**

The Argentine manager revealed that his team needs another centre forward as soon as possible, however, if a signing wasn’t available then the Yorkshire outfit would need to find a solution [(via Phil Hay)](https://twitter.com/PhilHay_/status/1215254658932977667). This all comes after Arsenal recalled Eddie Nketiah from his loan spell at the club due to lack of minutes [(via Sky Sports)](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11670/11899404/eddie-nketiah-recalled-by-arsenal-from-leeds-loan-spell).

Leeds have been linked with a move for some forwards, but, Che Adams seems to be the name mentioned more than most. [According to Phil Hay](https://theathletic.com/podcast/144-the-ornstein-and-chapman-podcast/?episode=12), the Whites are confident they can complete a deal for the Southampton attacker.

Fans were left feeling worried after their manager’s latest comments on signing a striker as they took to Twitter to react. Here is a selection of tweets from the Elland Road faithful:

> So another words we won’t sign a striker then…. Just more excuses for the owner not to put his hand in his pocket
