# Leeds United: Graham Smyth purrs over Jack Harrison on Twitter

**Jack Harrison is still on loan at Leeds United and he seems to be enjoying life over in the Championship squad at the moment.**

Indeed, the 23-year-old winger has started all [36 of the games](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jack-harrison/leistungsdaten/spieler/417346) he took part in during the 2019/20 league season and has netted a total of five goals and six assists in the process. In his second year as a White, this is just an excellent example of his huge improvement from last season’s performances when he could only muster [four goals and four assists](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jack-harrison/leistungsdaten/spieler/417346/plus/0?saison=2018) across 42 games played in all competitions as Marcelo Bielsa looks to deliver the club a promotion in his second attempt.

Graham Smyth was very quick to notice this major progression of the young forward and has showered him with praise on his [Twitter](https://twitter.com/GrahamSmyth/status/1235149427532271617?s=20) account.

> Improvements in every area of his game and some major progression compared with last season.
>
> Remember when there were loud calls for Helder Costa to replace him, back in September? [https://t.co/TNgs39Itz3](https://t.co/TNgs39Itz3)

According to the [Yorkshire Evening Post](https://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/sport/football/leeds-united/rise-manchester-city-loanee-jack-harrison-leeds-united-numbers-2063578), Harrison has improved in almost all possible areas and the stats they’ve presented are proving as much –  the 23-year-old is tallying a higher crossing percentage, is winning more fouls, creating more chances and he’s beating his opponents far more often than last season.
