# Leeds United: Joe Hart offers himself to Marcelo Bielsa

**Burnley keeper Joe Hart has [revealed](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2020/may/24/joe-hart-all-i-want-is-to-be-a-big-part-of-a-club-hope-burns-through-me) that he is looking for a new club ahead of his contract coming to an end with the Premier League club.**

The former England international has experienced quite a significant change in his career having been his country’s number one and Manchester City’s number one at the same time between the years of [2007 and 2016.](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/joe-hart/profil/spieler/40204)

Now struggling to gain minutes for Burnley, Hart has [failed to appear](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/joe-hart/profil/spieler/40204) in the Premier League this term for Sean Dyche’s side.

Looking to move elsewhere this summer and available on a free transfer, [Football Insider](https://www.footballinsider247.com/hart-would-jump-at-holding-leeds-united-talks/) revealed that the Shrewsbury born keeper would be pleased to hold talks with Leeds if that opportunity presented itself.

A potential move for Hart, who reportedly earns [£70k-per-week](https://www.footballinsider247.com/hart-would-jump-at-holding-leeds-united-talks/) at the Clarets, by Leeds could appease what looks increasingly likely to be a summer exit for controversial Spanish stopper Kiko Casilla.

Casilla, who has kept [15](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kiko-casilla/profil/spieler/27486) clean sheets for The Whites this term, [could be set for an exit with Noel Whelan discussing his future in a recent interview.](https://www.footballinsider247.com/best-scenario-he-leaves-exclusive-leeds-told-to-bin-first-team-star-this-summer/)

Hart could certainly prove to be a good replacement for Casilla, but the Englishman’s lack of football over the last few seasons and his rejection by both Pep Guardiola (Manchester City) and Dyche (Burnley) could certainly be a deal breaker.

Guardiola and Bielsa are [known](https://talksport.com/football/378931/leeds-united-news-managerial-target-marcelo-bielsa-best-coach-world-according-guardiola-and/) to be close friends after the former has been largely vocal with praise for the Argentine coach.

Hart may well have lots of offers this summer, but becoming a regular in the Premier League once again, may be too far a step.
