# Leeds United: Latest Jack Harrison image excites fans

**Many Leeds United fans have shared their excitement after an image emerged of Jack Harrison in training.**

Stoke-on-Trent born winger Harrison has had a superb season for the Whites, playing consistently well for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, who sit top of the Championship table.

Enjoying his [second year](https://www.leedsunited.com/news/team-news/23599/jack-harrison-signs-on-loan) at Elland Road on loan from parent club and Premier League giants Manchester City, Harrison has contributed with five goals and seven assists this term ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jack-harrison/profil/spieler/417346)).

With football in England’s second flight currently at a standstill, Leeds are eagerly anticipating its return in order to secure an automatic promotion to the Premier League, bouncing back in style following their play-off semi-final defeat to Derby County last term.

As players have slowly returned to training, Harrison, [who was called back to Man City earlier this week for medical examinations and assessments](https://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/middlesbrough-manchester-city-roberts-nmecha-18318760), has now been seen preparing for the restart of the 2019/2020 campaign.

Leeds have the option to make [Harrison’s move a permanent one at the end of the season](https://www.leedsunited.com/news/team-news/25105/leeds-united-sign-jack-harrison-ben-white), and judging by his performances and the fan opinion on the winger’s shoulders, you would can’t see anything other than a deal being on the table.

The 23-year-old will be as eager as his teammates and the club’s fans to secure promotion to the Premier League, and with news that England’s top flight are returning on [June 17](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/52833725) – the Championship could soon follow.
