Leeds United are not likely to get rid of Jesse Marsch any time soon, according to journalist Dean Jones.
The Lowdown: Doubts over Marsch's future
The Whites have won four, drawn three and lost seven of their Premier League games so far this season, scoring 22 goals and conceding 26 in the process.
Earlier this month, it was reported that the American's position at Elland Road is not completely safe due to Leeds' shaky results this season.
However, it has now been claimed that Marsch is likely to continue in his current role for the time being.
The Latest: Leeds to stick with Marsch
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Jones discussed the 49-year-old's current situation at Leeds and his prospects for the future at Elland Road.
The journalist said of Marsch: "I still think it’s unlikely that they get rid of him, the talk a few weeks ago was like he’s got until the World Cup break and then they’ll assess things.
"But we also know that Leeds really want to stick by Marsch, and since they sent out those messages about him, Leeds have been more entertaining, they’ve scored more goals."

The Verdict: Give him more time
Results have not been particularly impressive or consistent for Leeds so far this season, and a significant number of goals have been conceded, but we feel that this break for the World Cup and the following January transfer period could work in Marsch's favour.
With time on his hands to assess his players and the season so far, January could give him the opportunity to make whatever changes to his squad that he feels are necessary, as he did in abundance during the summer.
Taking that into account, we feel that it would make sense for Leeds to stick with the 49-year-old during this period and give him the time and space to get the team on a more stable track and away from the relegation zone.
However, if things don't pick up for the Whites throughout the remainder of the season, the board may then have a big decision to make as to whether or not they relieve Marsch of his duties.
