# Leeds: Whites receive potential Nahitan Nandez boost

**Leeds United have been given a possible boost in their quest to sign Nahitan Nandez this summer after he failed to turn up to a Cagliari friendly.**

According to Cagliari director Stefano Capozucca \[via [*Tuttomercatoweb*](https://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/cagliari/?action=read&idtmw=1568239)\], Nandez has failed to turn up for the club’s pre-season friendly with Mallorca, stating: “Nandez did not show up for the appointment to depart for Mallorca and this was without permission from the club.”

It suggests that the 25-year-old has made up his mind over his future, with a move away from his current club looking on the cards.

### The Verdict: Inter the likely destination
