# Leicester City: Fans look back at Ahmed Musa’s time at the club

**Plenty of Leicester City fans have been looking back at Ahmed Musa‘s time at the King Power following a recent club post.**

Leicester’s [official Twitter account](https://twitter.com/LCFC/status/1214494385447981057?s=20) shared a video of the 27-year-old bagging a brace against Everton three years ago, which really got some supporters reminiscing.

Unfortunately for Musa, though, that was probably as good as it got for him. The Nigerian forward really endured a difficult time at the club, managing to score just [five](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ahmed-musa/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/168337/plus/0?saison=&verein=1003&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=) goals in total for the Foxes.

What makes things worse is the fact that Musa initially showed so much promise. Signed from CSKA Moscow for a club-record fee of [£16m](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36747438) at the time, the Nigeria international went on to grab a brace in a [pre-season defeat](https://www.skysports.com/football/barcelona-vs-leicester/354830) to Barcelona.

Nevertheless, a couple of Leicester fans still had good things to say about the Al-Nassr attacker as they took to Twitter to reminisce.
