# Leicester: Supporters on Twitter call for fast Chilwell recovery

**Leicester City got their second point on the board yesterday when the Foxes left Stamford Bridge with a point after a well-fought 1-1 draw. However, they had to do so without the injured Ben Chilwell, who took to Twitter before the game to say that he’d be back soon.**

> Good luck to the lads today [@LCFC](https://twitter.com/LCFC?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) ! Gutted i wont be out there helping the team, but i’ll be back soon

The young England international defender’s absence meant that it was a return to the starting eleven for Christian Fuchs, the Austrian defender who was the club’s first-choice left-back during their title-winning 2015/16 season.

Without Chilwell, Brendan Rodgers’ side still managed to secure an impressive 1-1 draw away at Stamford Bridge, but having the young defender back in the side will be a big boost. Indeed, last season saw the defender contribute four assists, as well as averaging 1.5 tackles, 3.6 clearances and 1.1 interceptions per game, [WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/299272/History/Ben-Chilwell).

The Leicester fans, as you can see, will be keen for Chilwell to return against Sheffield United next weekend as they continue to chase their first win of the season.
