Baker has spent the majority of his Chelsea career out on loan at a number of different clubs and it seems he could be about to go to another one.

Baker has struggled to make a real impression in the six months at Leeds, despite being included in all their matchday squads.
Although he has rarely featured in the squad, the sheer fact that he will be leaving could come as a blow to Bielsa and his squad.
The Whites are threadbare in places within their team and with the campaign starting to hit the business end of the season, numbers could play a huge role in their efforts to win promotion to the Premier League.
