MLS club make contact with Paris Saint-Germain giant

IbrahimovicA tasty discussion has emerged in the Transfer Tavern this evening, after reports from the other side of the pond suggested one of European footballs biggest stars could be heading to ply their trade in Major League Soccer.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be the latest star to head stateside after receiving contact from Orlando City, who currently boast Kaka amongst their ranks, and the Canadian side want to complete a move next summer.

This is far from surprising though, as back in June Ibrahimovic admitted finding America ‘interesting‘- before saying a month later he’d like to play in North America.

MLS Soccer says this is only part of the franchise’s plans though, stating they are also keen on former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez and former Manchester City, AC Milan and Real Madrid forward Robinho.

Fans at the tavern are drooling over the thought of seeing Kaka playing balls through to Ibrahimovic, whilst also stating how phenomenal the all-star XI would be; with the likes of Steven Gerrard, Andrea Pirlo, David Villa and Frank Lampard all in the MLS.

What do you make of this news? Would Zlatan be better off moving somewhere else in Europe? Let us know in the comments!
