Botman joined Lille for £7m from Ajax in the summer after failing to make the grade at the Johan Cruyff Arena, and the 6 foot 4 centre-back has gone on to make [23 first-team outings](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/sven-botman/leistungsdaten/spieler/361093) in France.

During that timeframe, Lille have kept [nine](https://www.fotmob.com/teams/862894/fixtures/lille) clean sheets.
