# Liverpool: Fans horrified by Alisson’s distribution

**A number of Liverpool fans believe Alisson Becker’s mistakes with his feet have become a major worry, criticising him despite the Reds beating Manchester United at Old Trafford.**

Jurgen Klopp’s side knew that only a win would do away to United on Thursday night and they delivered a superb victory against their rivals.

Bruno Fernandes’ opener looked set to consign Liverpool to yet another drab defeat, but they responded in admirable fashion.

Roberto Firmino’s brace was sandwiched by strikes from Diogo Jota and Mohamed Salah, as the Reds took a giant step towards a top-four finish.

It was a night when a number of Liverpool players shone, with Trent Alexander-Arnold exceptional at right-back, Nathaniel Phillips battling bravely at centre-back and Thiago pulling the strings in midfield.

Alisson was shaky in his distribution, however, coming close to repeating his disaster against Manchester City by almost gifting Edinson Cavani a goal in the first half, after which one of the supporters below begged: “Alisson please stop you idiot.”
