[Fabrizio Romano wrote an article for the Guardian](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2020/dec/07/liverpool-fabinho-new-contract), outlining Liverpool’s plans to hand Fabinho a new deal at the club. The report claims that while the Brazilian’s current deal at Anfield runs out in the summer of 2023 the Reds are looking to extend that contract until 2025 or even further.
