# Liverpool: Fans want Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to start against Crystal Palace

**Liverpool fans have been [pleading](https://twitter.com/AnfieldRd96/status/1196848911773769728) for the Reds to start with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in their next Premier League game against Crystal Palace on Saturday.**

The Reds’ midfielder was in great form before the international break and continued with it by scoring during England’s [7-0](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50327100) win against Montenegro.

Oxlade-Chamberlain, 26, has scored [four](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/alex-oxlade-chamberlain/profil/spieler/143424) goals in 13 games in all competitions this season and is making regular appearances for Jurgen Klopp’s side.

> • Lovren keeps his place\
> • Experienced midfield\

This comes after the Englishman suffered a serious [knee](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/jul/18/alex-oxlade-chamberlain-out-for-season-knee-injury-liverpool) injury during the Champions League semi-final against Roma in 2018, which saw him miss the majority of the 2018/19 campaign due to the severity of the injury.

He was recently [praised](https://metro.co.uk/2019/10/24/rio-ferdinand-heaps-praise-liverpool-star-alex-oxlade-chamberlain-10973480/) by Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand for his hunger and determination to get back into Klopp’s team.

Supporters issued their demands for Oxlade-Chamberlain to start in south London on social media.

Here you will find some of the best responses from Liverpool fans:
