Liverpool: Fans are excited to compete for the Community Shield following James Pearce update

Liverpool are looking ahead to their next chance of silverware as they prepare to compete in the Community Shield.
As champions of the Premier League, the Reds will face off against either Arsenal or Chelsea, depending on who wins the FA Cup final this Saturday, as reported by James Pearce.
Can Liverpool win the Premier League two seasons running?
Yes

No

A win at Wembley on August 29 will bring their fifth trophy in just 15 months. Their first top-flight title in 30 years adds to their impressive tally of the UEFA Super Cup, Club World Cup and Champions League titles that are also currently in their possession (as per Transfermarkt).
If Liverpool beat either London side next month, it will round off an illustrious 12 months in the Reds’ history and many fans can’t wait to get stuck in. One supporter is confident that they will win the Community Shield, tweeting “another trophy in the bag”, whilst another has replied “this is happening again” in referencing Jordan Henderson’s trademark trophy-lifting shuffle.
