Liverpool: Fans react to Mohamed Salah’s goodbye message to Dejan Lovren

Dejan Lovren has officially signed for Zenit St Petersburg after six years with Liverpool.
The deal is done and the Croatian defender has left Anfield for a new chapter in his career. Lovren put pen to paper and signed a three-year contract with the Russian outfit, seeing his former club pocket £11m for the transfer (via Goal.com).
Should Liverpool sign Ozan Kabak to replace Dejan Lovren?
Yes please

No thanks

Mohamed Salah has recorded a heartfelt farewell message to his former teammate and close friend. The two were known for their bromance during their time at Liverpool together and he will be dearly missed by both Salah and the rest of the Merseyside squad.
Loads of Liverpool fans have flooded the comments section of Salah’s video and are shocked at themselves for feeling emotional about Lovren’s departure. The 31-year-old came under a lot of scrutiny for his poor performances but this video seems to have brought out a softer side to these Kopites.
One supporter has tweeted that they “might cry” whilst another has asked the club to “stop it now”. Read more replies from the Anfield faithful here:
