Diogo Jota is a doubt for Liverpool's Premier League clash with Aston Villa on Saturday after 'feeling something'.

Goal's Neil Jones relayed the news from Jurgen Klopp's pre-match press conference on Friday.

Jota flagged up an issue in the aftermath of last weekend's victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers.

He wasn't part of the squad that travelled to Italy to face AC Milan in the Champions League and, as of 12.45 on Friday, had taken no part in the week's training.

Klopp did, however, suggest he could possibly involved in the final session on Friday afternoon.

How big a blow would this be?

Jota had been on a run of five consecutive Premier League starts, with Roberto Firmino sidelined by a hamstring issue.

The Portuguese's tally of eight league goals is bettered only by team-mate Mohamed Salah (13) and Leicester City's Jamie Vardy (nine).

Who could replace Jota if needed?

Klopp could now turn to Divock Origi, who scored decisive goals against Wolves and Milan.

Another option is Takumi Minamino, though he's only played 38 minutes of Premier League football up to this point.

Either way, losing one of the league's best goalscorers would be a blow, and here's how fans reacted.
