Liverpool: Fans are shocked as footage of Dejan Lovren emerges

Dejan Lovren has shocked the Liverpool fanbase following his performance against France in Tuesday’s Nations League fixture.
The centre-back was on target for his country against the World Cup title holders. Lovren opened up the scoring with his close-range strike to beat former Premier League rival goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

The match ended in a familiar 4-2 victory for France, but Lovren’s goal is doing the rounds on Twitter.
Liverpool decided to cash in on the defender this summer after six years with the Merseyside outfit. Lovren joined Russian team Zenit St Petersburg in an £10.9million deal (via BBC Sport).
Despite being a controversial figure during his time in red, Kopites are praising the 31-year-old after seeing footage of his strike and some are even wondering if they can bring him back to Anfield, with one supporter commenting saying ‘I’d take him back right away’.
Another has commented on this idea and thinks that ‘people’s heads would explode’ if Liverpool announced the return of Lovren.

Imagine that! They should do it, announce an incoming signing and then do a full “guess who’s back “ campaign! People’s heads would explode.

Can he play upfront? We might need a backup striker soon.
