# Liverpool: Reds react to Kylian Mbappe image

**Liverpool are ‘very interested’ in the possibility of signing Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe.**

That’s according to [RMC Sport correspondent Mohamed Bouhafsi](https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com/2021/liverpool-real-madrid-remain-interested-in-kylian-mbappe-deal/), who named Anfield and the Santiago Bernabeu as the two possible destinations for Mbappe were he to leave the French capital.

But Mbappe may have dropped a slight hint that his immediate future lies with PSG.

An [image](https://twitter.com/LivEchoLFC/status/1393210574008426502) shows Mbappe modelling the club’s new kit ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Mbappe’s fellow superstar Neymar has already committed his future to the Champions League semifinalists.

The 29-year-old has signed a contract extension keeping him at the Parc des Princes for another four years (via [BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57035820)).

### Uncertainty over Mbappe’s PSG future

PSG paid [£130.5million](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kylian-mbappe/transfers/spieler/342229) to sign Mbappe from AS Monaco in 2018.

But now Mbappe is about to enter the [final year of his contract](https://www.transfermarkt.co.za/kylian-mbappe/profil/spieler/342229), putting the club under considerable pressure.

He’s their top scorer this season with [33 goals in all competitions](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/paris-st-germain/top-scorers).

News feed [@LivEchoLFC](https://twitter.com/LivEchoLFC/status/1393210574008426502) posted the picture and asked: ‘Is he staying?’

Here’s how fans responded.
