# Liverpool: Fans react to Dejan Lovren video

**Liverpool’s players – as well as their fans – must be hoping football returns as soon as possible.**

Professional sport across Europe and the world has been suspended due to the pandemic that has wreaked havoc across the globe and, at least in the Premier League, there is unlikely to be any fresh games [in the next eight weeks](https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/52326617) at the very least. As it stands, the Reds are [25](https://www.skysports.com/premier-league-table) points clear at the top of the table and just six away from confirming their status as champions.

In the UK, the population is in [lockdown](https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-52313715), meaning they must stay at home. That leaves plenty with more time on their hands, including the players themselves.

As such, many Reds supporters have been reacting to [a video](https://twitter.com/AnfieldWatch/status/1251936071182618631) of 57-time Croatia international Dejan Lovren tackling his son – with no holds barred, it would seem. They have been sharing their thoughts on Twitter – one fan even called him “erratic” and you can see some of the best comments from the social media platform below.
