# ‘Madness’, ‘What stars have aligned to make this happen’ – Liverpool fans react to major boost ahead of Everton clash

***The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are feeling pretty confident ahead of their upcoming clash with Everton…***

The Reds have done pretty well this season, and whilst they have fallen behind somewhat in the Premier League title race, the general feeling in the Transfer Tavern is one of optimism.

After all, in Jurgen Klopp, they have one of the best managers in Europe – whilst the players that he has at his disposal are also good enough to challenge at the top.

That being said, games between Liverpool and Everton often bring the best out of both sides, and so Klopp will be desperate to ensure that he can put out his strongest side possible – and his plans have received a major boost today.

[Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has, today, returned to training](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/sturridge-back-liverpool-training-ahead-12821458) – leaving many in the Transfer Tavern hopeful that he could now play a role this weekend against the Toffees.

Indeed, the Reds on Twitter have shared their reaction – with Liverpool fans around the world unanimous in their delight…

> I love Daniel Sturridge so much.
