**Journalist Rudy Galetti of Sport Italia TV and Tribal Football has shared an exciting [Manchester City](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/manchester-city-news/) transfer development involving Leeds United star Kalvin Phillips.**

According to reporter Galetti, sharing news on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/RudyGaletti/status/1537050444425478145), talks are ‘progressing quickly’ to sign the 26-year-old with an ‘official offer’ set to be ‘presented soon’.

He explained:
