Manchester United’s season has been a rollercoaster so far.
After glimpses of hope, including a shock victory over Chelsea, the Red Devils quickly slipped back into troubling form. A 3-1 defeat to Brentford at the weekend highlighted ongoing issues, particularly in front of goal.
The new attacking trio — Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo, and Matheus Cunha — have struggled to deliver.
Sesko has managed just one goal, Mbeumo has two, and Cunha is yet to find the net. With the club seeking a solution to their scoring woes, a potential target may have emerged.
United Alerted to Dusan Vlahovic Availability

According to reports from Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus could be open to letting striker Dusan Vlahovic leave in the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old Serbian arrived in Turin from Fiorentina in 2022, but tensions over a new contract soured his time at Juve last season. Juventus reportedly attempted to reduce their wage bill by offering Vlahovic a lower salary, leading to disagreements.
With his current deal expiring next summer, the Serie A giants are reportedly keen to secure a transfer fee in January rather than risk losing him for free. This means Manchester United — alongside other interested clubs — could have a chance to strike a deal before the summer.
Vlahovic has been described by former Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli as “one of the strongest forwards in Europe.” Since joining Juventus, he has netted 62 goals in 151 appearances, including four in just six games this season — already surpassing the combined output of United’s struggling front three.
If the Red Devils want to address their goal-scoring problems in the short term, Vlahovic could present an immediate solution.
