Manchester City are one of the numerous Premier League sides 'offered' Paris-Saint Germain superstar Neymar, according to reports.

The Lowdown: Business as usual...

Following the unprecedented news of over 100 financial misconduct allegations against City from the top flight, it is very much business as usual for the Blues on the pitch.

Pep Guardiola's side have responded to the charges in perfect fashion, winning their last two league games and most recently securing a mammoth 3-1 victory away to title rivals Arsenal.

The crucial win takes City level on points with Mikel Arteta's side as they wrestle themselves back into contention for a third-successive domestic crown.

The Latest: City 'offered' Neymar...

Off the field, there have still been plenty of transfer rumours, with 90min now sharing a link to Brazil star Neymar.

City are apparently one of many English clubs who have been 'offered' the 31-year-old with PSG apparently open to selling at the end of the season.

It is believed that agents have held talks with Guardiola's side, having 'spoken with' them alongside the likes of Man United, Liverpool and Newcastle.

The Verdict: Take it up?

Reports have suggested that there could be a real summer overhaul at the Etihad with players coming in and out of Eastlands past 2022/2023.

If City consider a move for Neymar, there would be plenty of benefit to such a move, with Guardiola previously revealing his major admiration for the South American.

The serial winner claimed Neymar 'makes football a pleasure' with members of the media also calling him 'colossal'.

As per WhoScored, the forward is enjoying another stellar season at PSG, scoring 12 goals and racking up a further ten assists in Ligue 1.

Only Lionel Messi can boast a similar rate of key passes made per 90 in the final third out of PSG's star-studded side but it remains to be seen where Guardiola would fit Neymar into an-already phenomenal City side.
