# Manchester United: Bruno Fernandes image of player watching Sporting Lisbon has supporters theorising over player

**Responding to an emerged clip courtesy of [Sport TV Portugal](https://twitter.com/SPORTTVPortugal/status/1224029363227779072) on Twitter, some Manchester United supporters have jokingly theorised that new signing Bruno Fernandes is already fed up of life at Old Trafford – with the midfielder returning to watch his old team Sporting Lisbon in action against SC Braga.**

Fernandes, who signed for the Red Devils in a [£47 million initial deal](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51292312) in January after a long transfer saga, made his United debut against Wolves on Saturday – amassing five shots on goal and completing 80.2% of his passes, [as per WhoScored.com](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/123761/Show/Bruno-Fernandes). Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side drew the contest [0-0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLk3vO2lDlE&feature=onebox), with Fernandes’ presence unable to break the stalemate, resulting in some supporters now theorising that the Portuguese playmaker is already unhappy with life in Manchester.

One fan even claimed that he is ‘[already tired of Pereira and Martial](https://publish.twitter.com/?query=https%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2FCHI_JI0_KE%2Fstatus%2F1224087884388540419&widget=Tweet)‘, with both players not living up to Fernandes’ shots per game average this season, garnering [1.7](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/243254/Show/Andreas-Pereira) and [2.5](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/122366/Show/Anthony-Martial) efforts on goal respectively, even despite the latter’s [eight goals and three assists](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/122366/Show/Anthony-Martial) in the league.

> The man is fed up already, he can’t stand a team that plays with no any recognized pattern, a certain PE Teacher is in charge and playing with bums all over the pitch: lingard, mata, pereira 😭
